I thought I was going crazy until I read all the reviews detailing EXACTLY the same behavior from Royal Ace with other players. I was also repeatedly asked to send in the same verification photos of my credit card, even though I had sent them in three times. Anyways I have been going back and forth with them a month now trying to get my withdrawals processed, and the answers I were getting are, the withdrawals department is backlogged, i am not speaking to the right person, or the person i was speaking to had no clue what was going on. Anyways, I signed up with them a little under two month ago, deposited a fair chunk of money and got a fair chunk of winnings back (about $3800). I am new to the online gambling world and made the mistake of playing with Royal Ace before googling their name which I now know is the first thing to do if wanting to play at any certain online casino.
